- Components checked for wear and damage

- Tyres checked and inflated 

- Gear and brake inner cables replaced and adjusted

- Hydraulic Brakes bled (fluid replaced)*

- Strip down and rebuild of bike

- Headset, bottom bracket and wheel bearings removed, inspected and lubricated 

- Gear and brake inner and outer cables replaced and adjusted 

- Hydraulic Brakes bled (fluid replaced)*

- All fixings set to manufacturers torque specification 

- Components checked for wear and damage

- Tyres checked and inflated 

- Inner cables replaced and adjusted

- Brake pads removed and cleaned. Replaced if necessary

- Disc rotors cleaned

- Brake system bled with new fluid. 

- Brake pads removed and cleaned. Replaced if necessary 

- Disc rotors cleaned

- Inner gear cables replaced and adjusted

- Derailleur hanger aligned

- Chain lubricated 

- Inner + outer gear cables replaced and adjusted 

- Bottom bracket removed and lubricated

- Chain lubricated 

- Full suspension frame bearings removed, cleaned and lubricated. Replaced if necessary.

 - Clean with specific bike cleaner, brush and rinse. 

- Components protected with PTFE water displacement spray

- Chain lubricated

- Chain, cassette, chainrings and derailleurs deep cleaned in parts washer

- Re-fitted, adjusted and lubricated.

- Full assembly and safety check of bike purchased in a box

- Assembly of bike from individual components
